Olympic Weightlifting Coaching for Every Level
Whether you're picking up a barbell for the very first time or preparing for your next competition, North London Weightlifting provides expert coaching to help you lift with confidence, improve your technique and reach your full potential.

Our coaching is built on over 25 years of experience developing complete beginners through to experienced athletes in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Located in CrossFit North London (also known as North London Strength & Conditioning), you will train in London's premier strength and conditioning centre fully kitted out to help you maximise your potential.
 

Everyone is Welcome

We believe Olympic Weightlifting is for everyone.

Our sessions are open to all abilities, male and female, from complete beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced lifters looking to improve technique, strength and competition performance.

Every session is coached to the individual, so you'll always be challenged at the right level.


Weekly Weightlifting Classes

Join us for three 75-minute coached sessions every week, designed to develop every aspect of Olympic Weightlifting.

Each class focuses on exercises and drills to develop:

  • Snatch technique

  • Clean & Jerk technique

  • Strength development

  • Pulling mechanics

  • Mobility & movement quality

  • Accessory exercises

  • Individual coaching throughout every session

Whether your goal is lifting your first 30kg snatch or qualifying for national competitions, our programming is designed to help you progress safely and consistently.


Remote Coaching

Can't make every class?

Our Remote Coaching option allows you to continue progressing wherever you train.

You'll receive:

  • Personalised training programme

  • Individual progression plan

  • Technique analysis and video feedback

  • Direct coach support

  • Regular programme updates based on your progress

Perfect if you train at another gym, travel regularly or simply want additional sessions alongside our coached classes.


Personal Training

Accelerate your progress with dedicated coaching.

  • Small Group Coaching (up to 4 people)
