Step 1 - Body Assessment
A 60min, 1-2-1 session with a Personal trainer to assess muscle tightness, weakness and postural imbalance (full body MOT).
This requires no level of fitness and will give you the confidence to train and knowledge of what to work on in the mobility (self-rehab) section of the class.
The assessment is OPTIONAL but highly recommended for any of the classes you plan to participate in regularly.

Step 2 - Foundation Course
(For CrossFit & Hyrox classes only)
Please note: Everyone attending these classes must have completed either the CFNL Foundation Intro session or 30 minute Movement Assessment (see below).
This 60 minute introductory session is conducted as a 1-2-1 session with one of our Coaches.

30 Minute Movement assessment:
If you are already experienced in CrossFit or Weightlifting and do not feel you need to complete the Foundation course, you will be required to book in for a 30 minute movement assessment to check you are proficient at the basic Barbell movements and can train safely on your own if using Open Gym.
The cost of this session is £30.
Please note: If we do not think you are ready for the CrossFit WOD or Hyrox classes at the end of the movement assessment, you will need to buy additional 1 to 1 sessions with the Coach at an additional cost.
(If in doubt, we recommend you do the Foundation Intro session)
CROSSFIT WOD
A fun packed, high intensity, strength, cardio and/or gymnastics session. Every workout can be scaled for ANY ability.
Each session is Coach led who will take you through a warm up and mobility section,followed by a mix of strength and conditioning, high intensity workouts.

HYROX
(45min & 75 min)
A conditioning class for all levels and ages to help you get ready for your Hyrox event or any other upcoming fitness race or challenge.

BODYBUILDING & TONING
This popular class will show you the various ways to build body beautiful.
Whether you want to be the next Hulk or just want to tone up certain areas on your body, this 60minute class will show you how to achieve results most people only dream of!

A 60 minute coached class that follows the same principles as the main CrossFit WOD class but is designed for the older athlete.
The class includes an extended mobility and strength section then a workout to get the heart and lungs pumping with options to modify to your current ability/fitness level.

LEGENDS 50+
ENGINE HIIT
The 'ENGINE HIIT' (High Intensity Interval Training) class is suitable for all fitness levels and is for those looking to build a strong and efficient cardiovascular "engine" system to help in everyday life or for a specific sport.

GYMNASTICS & BODYWEIGHT CONDITIONING
Work on the bodyweight exercises that make up the majority of the CFNL training program and learn additional drills to help you achieve gymnastic movements like the pull-up, muscle up and handstand walk.

OLYMPIC LIFTING
Learn how to Snatch and Clean & Jerk effectively. This class will take your weightlifting to a new level developing your strength, power, flexibility and much much more!

CROSSFIT
We believe schools are failing our children when it comes to delivering top class fitness sessions.
Our Kids & Teens program covers everything they need to develop as a young athlete and is delivered in a fun and supportive way.

WOD MONSTERS
A class for the CrossFit Athletes looking to train for Competitions.
Class involves multiple WODs and will push you to your limits!
There are a number of standards you must achieve before you can attend this class.

YOGA
This class is for all levels and initially builds some heat/energy with a vinyasa flow sequence, quickly moving to a slower hatha/yin practice.
The overall long-term impact will allow for a quicker recovery, injury prevention, and increased mobility and flexibility. Much needed for continual improvement in your training.

OPEN GYM
Practice your weaker movements, do a rep max session or do a WOD you have always wanted to try. This is your session to practice and improve.
Please note: This session is restricted at certain times and classes always have priority of equipment, rigs and racks.

CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS
The CrossFit Kids (5-10yrs) & Teens (11-15yrs) programs deliver a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our speciality is not specialising.
Healthy living requires that our children push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play a particular sport.
Our goal is to succeed where most schools are failing and get as many children as possible enjoying fitness and away from their games consoles (at least for an hour or so!)
The CrossFit Kids program is designed for any ability with the main focus always on having fun and supporting each other.
