Workout of the Day (WOD)
The fun-packed high intensity, strength, cardio and gymnastics session. Every workout can be scaled to ANY ability and fitness level.
Each session is led by the Coach who will take you through a warm-up and mobility section, followed by a strength session and then up to 3 High-intensity workouts.

Every day is different and the results gained from our program is why CrossFit has proven so popular around the world.
CrossFit Gymnastics
Learn how to perform the Gymnastic elements used in the CrossFit program.
​
This class will lead you through specific drills to help you develop your body weight movements like the pull-up, handstand push and muscle up as well as new movements to develop you as an athlete.
(This class is for adults of any ability)
Olympic Lifting (75mins)
The Snatch and Clean & Jerk appear in many CrossFit WODs and competitions and are excellent movements to develop strength, power, flexibility and much much more!
This class will break down these movements so you can learn how to improve these technical lifts and teach you drills/complexes to increase strength and power.
At the end of the cycle, we put everything we have learnt to the test and go for some PB’s!
This is for all levels of athlete and is a class you should all be attending weekly.
Hyrox Conditioning (75min) & Hyrox Express (45min)
The HYROX Fitness race events have taken the world by storm and combine both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

These classes come in two formats,the 75 mins session that often includes long workouts to simulate the intensity of a Hyrox race and 45 mins classes called 'Hyrox Express' which will not just improve your conditioning but help fine tune your Hyrox movements.
You don't have to be doing a Hyrox race to benefit from this amazing conditioning class as it will also burn a load of calories and help with your general fitness and health.

This class is for all fitness levels as the 'high intensity' is relative to your current ability.
There are no prerequisites i.e Foundation course or 30min assessment needed to book into this class.
CrossFit Legends 50+
This is our Masters Class and is designed for the older athlete (50+).
​
The class is for all fitness levels and follows the same principles as the main CrossFit WOD class but with a little more time to focus on improving joint health / range and strength followed by a workout (or two!) to get the heart and lungs pumping!

CrossFit Kids & Teens
The CrossFit Kids & Teens programs deliver a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our speciality is not specialising. Healthy living requires that our children push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play a particular sport.
Our goal is to succeed where most schools are failing and get as many children as possible enjoying fitness and away from their games consoles (at least for an hour or so!)

The CrossFit Kids program is designed for any ability with the main focus always on having fun and supporting each other.

Kids Class = 5-10yrs Teens class = 11-15yrs

Spartan
Get ready to bring out your warrior spirit with this epic class!
The structure is based primarily around Strongman/women training but coupled with bodyweight or cardio movements to challenge your aerobic capacity as well as your strength.
This class is suitable for all abilities
Open Gym
Open gym allows you to come into CrossFit North London and practice the skills you feel you are weakest at. It is also an opportunity to work on strength training in between your WOD days or if you miss a class. You can turn up at any point in the allocated 1-hour slots (Open Gym is free to all those on Memberships).

PLEASE NOTE: Open gym is not throughout the day, please refer to the timetable to see when the sessions are as the Open gym space is sometimes used for classes.
The Foundation course or Movement Assessment must have been completed to attend this session.
Yoga
Yoga is ultimately a healing practice and can be used to repair the body and mind after injury and is the perfect activity to add to your CrossFit training.

The Yoga classes focus on addressing the common flexibility issues that we all have, improve and maintain good posture and allow us to perform the exercises of CrossFit safely and effectively.
This class is ideal for complete beginners as well as those experienced in Yoga.
Nutrition Meetups and Seminars
The nutrition sessions will introduce healthy eating and work through the common issues that come up with changing your eating regime. Explanations of good carbs, proteins and fats, unprocessed foods, organic, blood sugar regulation, grass fed, wild, recipe ideas, meal plans, fat loss and muscle building.

These sessions do not run every week and are scheduled at certain times during the year.
