Rebecca Rodden

Yoga Coach

Rebecca Profile.jpeg

I've 'done' yoga all my life... or so I thought. The truth is, I discovered yoga after having children. Back then, I was the person who would skip out of class before savasana, burnt out and disillusioned from the corporate world and the constant juggling act of life. But then, yoga became my salvation.

I get a buzz sharing this uplifting experience. For me, yoga is about finding the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. So, my classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style to calm your mind and boost your mood.

Expect to move, sweat, and breathe deeply.

Pilates? Now that's a different story. I used to find it incredibly boring! But then I discovered the power of a strong core – it's a game-changer for your posture, your yoga practice, and your daily life. My mission is to make Pilates fun and engaging for everyone.

And then there's Yin. Ah, Yin yoga.

This is where the magic happens. It's more than just stretching; it's a journey inward. Holding poses for longer periods, often with the support of props, allows you to connect deeply with your breath and your body. It's in those quiet moments, surrendering to the stillness, that you truly begin to listen to your inner voice. Yin yoga has become a gateway to self-discovery for me, a space where I can shed the layers of stress and reconnect with my true self.

Whether you're seeking a dynamic Vinyasa flow, the core strength of Pilates, or the profound stillness of Yin, I invite you to join me on the mat.

You will leave my classes feeling both physically and energetically uplifted.
