Harriet started CrossFit in 2018 having previously been a gymnast and a regular gym-goer. After her first taster, she realised that CrossFit was something she wanted to excel in as an athlete and as a coach.
With a degree in Sports and Nutrition and a job as a CrossFit Coach and Performance Nutritionist, Harriet uses a multi-disciplinary approach to help her clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether your goal is increased energy, getting your first muscle-up or hitting a new PB, each client is provided with a unique and comprehensive program to succeed.
The main force behind her work is a strong drive and commitment to help individuals improve health and quality of life via nutrition and exercise. “I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to improve their health. and I want to be a part of their journey, guiding and supporting them the whole way”. Harriet thrives off the CrossFit community -one of the reasons she fell in love with CrossFit in the first place. She loves being around like-minded people that take the time to invest in their health.
