Step 1 - Assessment
1 hour 1-2-1 session with a Personal trainer to assess muscle tightness, weakness and postural imbalance (full body MOT).
This requires no level of fitness and will give you the confidence to train and knowledge of what to work on in the mobility (self-rehab) section of the class.
The assessment is OPTIONAL but highly recommended!
Step 2 - Foundation Course
Unless you are an experienced CrossFitter, everyone must complete the CFNL Foundation course.
The course is completed through one to one sessions with a CFNL coach. Each session lasts 60 minutes and costs £55. Usually, it takes between 3 and 6 sessions to complete the course.
You can also complete the course with friends:
2 on 1 session £75 (£37.50 each,but one person pays)
3 on 1 session £90 (£30.00 each,but one person pays)
Not required for the HIIT and Yoga classes
Movement assessment: New to CFNL but have done CrossFit before?
If you are already experienced in weightlifting and do not feel you need to complete the Foundation course, you will be required to book in for a 30 minute movement assessment to check you are proficient at the basic CrossFit movements and can train safely on your own if using Open Gym
Please note: If we do not think you are ready for the WOD classes at the end of the movement assessment, you will need to buy additional 1 to 1 sessions with the Coach (this is not required for the HIIT or Yoga classes).

Kids & Teens Personal Training
Personal training for kids & teens age 8 - 17 years, these sessions will help teach the importance of a warm-up, cool down & training with proper technique and good nutrition. These sessions can be used for general fitness or programmed to help train for a specific sport.

2 people £30 (£15 each)
3 people £37.50 (£12.50 each)
4 people £40 (£10 each)
