Unlimited* – £180 (includes WOD,Gymnastics, Olympic lifting,Mobility,Open Gym & Yoga classes).
All memberships also give you free Open Gym and free use of our Synergy Running Club (CrossFit Endurance) located at Synergy Personal Training Studio, 31 Tottenham Lane.
Memberships can be suspended should you need to(no more then once a month).

Personal Training

Duration 30mins or 1 hour
Price 30 minute PT session £27.50
1-2-1 session with a Trainer – £45 (£55 with Senior Trainer)
2-2-1 Train with a friend session – £60 ie £30 each
3-2-1 Train with 2 friends session – £75 ie £25 each.Please note: CrossFit North London & Synergy Personal Training studio has a 24hr cancellation policy for all of it’s 1-2-1, 2-2-1 & 3-2-1 sessions. Should you cancel within this time the full session price will be charged.

Running Club ( CrossFit Endurance)

 CrossFit Kids/Teens Personal Training

 

 

 

A 30 minute high intensity CrossFit session with a Coach,specifically programmed for the young athlete.
These sessions will teach them the importance of a warm up & down,training with proper technique and good nutrition. These sessions can be used for general fitness or programmed to help train for a specific sport.
1-2-1 session £20
2-2-1 session £30
3-2-1 session £37.50

Please note: sessions have a 3 month expiry date that cannot be extended
