WOD 1:
For time:
15 Hang Squat Snatches, 30/20 kg
35 Double Unders
12 Hang Squat Snatches, 40/27.5 kg
35 Double Unders
9 Hang Squat Snatches, 50/35 kg
35 Double Unders

12min cap

Any form of hang allowed but must be from above the knee.

Final Hang Squat Snatch weight should be no higher then 70% of full Squat Snatch (today is not a heavy day!)

WOD 2:
For 3 cycles with a 90 sec rest between them perform..
In 4 mins:
Run, 400 m
then in the remaining time, AMRAP of:
Wall Balls, 9/6 kg

Score is total wall balls of all 3 AMRAPs
