Bench Press
3 x 2 Reps @ 90/90/95% 1RM
Max Reps on final set
3-4 min rest periods
-Spotters must be used and aim to fully complete each set even if you need to break up the reps.
-Only the lighter lifters to use the fold up benches

WOD:
‘Fight Gone Bad’
3 rounds, 1 min per station, of:
Wall Ball, 9/6kg
Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 35/25 kg
Box Jump
Push Press, 35/25 kg
Row (calories)
Rest 1 min

Rotate immediately to the next station every 1 min,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
