26 Bumper Plate Ground-to-Overheads, 20/15 kg
26 Row Calories
26 Box Jumps
26 Wall Balls, 9/6 kg
Med Ball Run, 9/6 kg, 200 m (each run 100m)
You can break up the reps of each movement however you like but both must complete 13 reps.
( If there is a team of 3 then they will complete 27 reps each split between them (9 reps each).
