4 Thrusters, 40/30 kg
8 Toes-to-bars in first min
4 Thrusters, 45/32.5 kg
8 Toes-to-bars in second min

Continue to add 5/2.5kg every minute to the Thruster.

Continue for as long as you are able to,capped at 8mins
